small fragment of vote count in Ukraine’s Presidential election 2010 in NYC. Final count: Tymoshenko: 1116 Yanukovych: 68 against all: 57 spoiled: 16
The New York City Ukrainian electorate consists of a cross section of Ukraine as a whole. All regions are represented: from Donbas to Lviv; from Khariv to Crimea. Ukrainian language speakers and Russian Language speakers, people who are in NYC for work and people who are visiting. It is remarkable to note the overwhelming support for the democratic candidate once voters are free from perceived threats inducing them to vote for the other candidate.
